My Dream School
"If the children are untaught, their ignorance and vices will in future cost us much dearer in their consequences than it would have done in their correction by proper education," says Thomas Jefferson. This indicates that there is no freedom without education.
The backbone of a student's education comes from school. So in the absence of proper schooling, what will be the fate of the nation? We should implement the role model of India's backbone- the educational system in an emergency basis.
In the path to ideal school, a team of competent, cooperative and caring teachers with a good background and teaching experience in their subjects must be hired. They ought to be patience, creative and open-minded and must be the role model for the students. The bonding between teacher and student and their ratio must be emphasized.
The curriculum must be developed considering everyone is unique, and have unique interests and personalities and emphasis must be given on practical learning, physical education class, art and moral development. Class sizes would be reduced to around 25 students and schools must provide a pleasant environment to everyone. Students must participate in weekly personality development class and regular parent-teacher meeting is must know the weakness of the system.
The development of a country depends completely on its education. Hence instead of blaming the fallen education system, we must repair it immediately bearing the responsibility and build the environment and provide them with better education so that the young scholars can take the country from developing country to developed country.
